By requesting a quote, booking an installation, or using any of our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Allow reasonable access to your property for survey or installation
Abide by the payment terms set out in your quote or agreement
2. Pricing & Quotes
All quotes are free, no-obligation, and valid for 30 days
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ from what was initially reported
Price Match Promise applies to like-for-like written quotes from registered competitors
3. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before installation begins.
Remaining balance is due upon completion unless a finance plan has been arranged.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved finance agreement.
4. Finance Disclaimer
Finance is offered via regulated third-party lenders and is subject to approval. Nextgen Inc is not a lender and does not provide financial advice. Terms, rates, and eligibility criteria vary.
5. Installation & Warranty
All installations are carried out by certified Gas Safe engineers
Manufacturer warranties range from 2 to 12 years depending on the system installed
Warranties may require annual servicing by a qualified engineer to remain valid
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
Customer negligence or misuse of equipment
Issues arising from third-party interference after installation
Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
